As a receptionist at Greear Kramer Monaghan you will be relied upon to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:


·        Greeting clients

·        Answering multi-line, multi-business calls, routing calls and taking messages

·        Appointment reminder calls

·        Scanning documents with a high attention to detail

·        Preparing documents for clients

·        Digitally filing client documents

·        Using and updating project tracking software to keep the office moving


We are seeking an upbeat individual who shares our passion of providing exceptional client service and developing relationships with co-workers. We are seeking someone who carries an enthusiasm to learn and grow.




·        One year of prior office experience preferred

·        Experience answering a multiple line phone system

·        Excellent customer service skills

·        Excellent communication and organization skills

·        Computer proficient (MS Office)

·        Punctual, dependable, and presentable (Office hours 8am – 5pm)
